Exosomes are among the most talked-about advances in skincare, and ( plated ) is the line we chose to carry them. Its serums are built on platelet-derived exosomes and are formulated to renew the look of skin and hair. They are topical and needle-free.
Exosomes are also part of how we finish a treatment. ( plated ) CALM Serum is applied after every laser facial at Awazul, and many clients continue with a serum at home between visits.
What are exosomes?
Exosomes are tiny vesicles, far smaller than a cell, that carry peptides, antioxidants and phosphoproteins inside a protective lipid shell. As skin ages and meets everyday stressors, the presence of these vesicles in skin can decrease. ( plated ) uses its Renewosome technology to keep that shell intact, so the contents arrive as intended.

A Hawaiʻi skincare company, and our local favorite.

Sunscreen is one part of sun protection. Reapply at least every two hours and after swimming or sweating.
Prescription Skincare
Individually Compounded
Some skin asks for more than a shelf can offer. After a Consult, Dr. G may prescribe a topical formula written for you alone and prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Depending on your skin and your history, a formula may include:
- Tretinoin: a prescription retinoid with decades of research in sun-aged skin.
- Azelaic acid: often chosen when redness, blemishes or uneven tone are the concern.
- Tranexamic acid: often chosen when uneven tone and discoloration are the concern.
- Estriol: a topical estrogen sometimes considered when skin changes arrive with menopause.
- Peptides such as Matrixyl and GHK-Cu: included to support the look of firmer, smoother skin.
Strengths and combinations are adjusted over time as your skin responds.

Momentum Longevity Shake
An all-in-one daily shake built on grass-fed whey. Each serving has 30 grams of protein, 10 grams of collagen, 8 grams of fiber and 1 gram of NMN, alongside the brand’s blend of vitamins and minerals.
